Cornerstone house cleanings pricing is upfront and honest. Pricing is based of square footage and variables like frequency and pets. add ons are available if you are looking for more than we normally provide for a separate cost.

Kitchen
From stains to grease spots, Cornerstone cleaners will take care of it by wiping down appliances (I.e. toasters, outer part of fridge), counter tops, and microwave (inside and out). Stove tops and vents, wipe down handles and light switches. Then finish off by vacuuming and mopping the floors till they shine.
Bedrooms
Cornerstone cleaners will wipe down surfaces, dust window ceils and baseboards. They will finish by vacuuming and mopping the floors until they shine.
Bathrooms
Bathrooms one of the most used rooms in the house are no problem. Cornerstone cleaners will clean any and mirrors, sink/facets and counter tops. The shower/tub and toilets will be point of focus to ensure a clean bathroom. Finished off with a vacuum and mop of the floors until they shine.
Livingrooms
First impression count and cornerstone cleanings to impress. Our cleaners will wipe down surfaces, get rid of trash and vacuum/mop the floors until they shine.
Laundry room
Your washer and dryers will get a second life when they shine and sparkle from our cleaning. Our cleaners will wipe down appliances and finish off the rooms with a vacuum and mop of the floors until they shine.
Pricing
Cornerstone cleaning bases its pricing off of the square footage of your home and the frequency in which we will be cleaning it. There is an extra charge for pet owners because of the extra time it takes to clean and the pet safe products we use.
We ask that the first time we come to clean your home that you be there for the initial walk through of the home. This way we can talk about any area of concern, what you are looking for, allergies, pets, etc.
